Use this page to propose or announce a planned club event/service project for the district calendar and visibility. Share what you intend to do, who it’s for, and the goals so others can join, support, or learn from your plan.


How to do it

  1. Enter basics: Club Name, Avenue, Primary Contact.
  2. Title & Description: Add a clear activity title and a 2–3 sentence plan (purpose, what will happen, who’s involved).
  3. When & Where: Planned date(s), time, and venue — or “Online” (include meeting/link details in the description). If tentative, note it.
  4. Beneficiaries & Partners (in Description): Who you aim to serve and any collaborating organizations.
  5. Targets / Expected Outcomes (in Description): Goals such as volunteers needed, expected attendance/beneficiaries, hours to be contributed, funds to be raised/spent, items to distribute.
  6. Teaser: Upload a teaser image/file to help promote the activity.
  7. Save: Review and Save for district review and listing. (You can update details closer to the date or add results after the event.)
